KGW Logistic hq

The project involves a retrofit of a run-down warehouse building, aimed at enhancing its aesthetic appeal, spatial quality, and overall identity. The building, which was built in the 1980s, will be brought back to life by becoming the new home of KGW Logistics. As architects, we relish the opportunity to give new life to existing structures. For this project, we plan to maintain all existing structures and slabs, while completely replacing the facade with a more modern and avant-garde curtain wall and aluminum composite panel. Our goal is to transform this outdated building into a modern and functional space that meets the needs of its new occupants, while creating a striking architectural statement that revitalizes the surrounding area.
