tAMPIN INDUSTRIAL PARK

The micro-industrial park is situated in Tampin, a small town adjacent to Malacca. The park comprises 8 semi-detached factory units, each featuring a large, open-plan workspace with a glass facade for the reception and office areas.

To add visual interest and break up the monotony of the factory facade, our design team has incorporated a large, protruding glass box with an overhanging metal roof. This design element not only adds aesthetic appeal but also provides functional benefits such as increased natural light and ventilation.

Our approach to designing the factory emphasizes the use of conventional building materials and simple construction methods, while still achieving architectural excellence. We believe that a focus on efficient design and practicality can result in structures that are both visually striking and highly functional. This factory is a testament to our commitment to excellence and our dedication to creating innovative and sustainable industrial spaces.
